100 things to teach my daughter by Zoe

As it’s been Isabelles birthday I’ve been reflecting on my little girl growing up. All we want for our children is health, happiness and a wonderful life, with the knowledge that you’ve done your very best as a parent and taught them as much as you possibly can. I decided to compile a list of 100 things to teach my daughter to give to her, so this month I’ve shared 1-50 and next month will be 51-100
1. You are beautiful inside & out
2. You can be anything you want to be
3. Hard work equals success, however large or small
4. Always be kind
5. Treat others how you would like them to treat you
6. When you need me I am there for you, whenever, wherever
7. Take care of your skin, hair & nails and take great pride in your appearance
8. Have a good skin care routine & have regular facials
9. Have lots of fun
10. You will never know just how much and how deeply I love you with every fibre of my being
11. If he makes you cry anything but happy tears he’s not worth it
12. Travel the world, theres so much to see & learn
13. Enjoy as many new experiences as you can
14. It’s not the quantity of friends it’s the quality
15. People always remember how you made them feel, never forget that
16. Don’t gossip (apart from with me!)
17. Trust your gut instincts
18. Give to others in need
19. Be happy & if something makes you unhappy move on.
20. Believe in yourself always

25. Take lots of photographs to document your life and whereabouts

32. Some boys will break your heart, but I promise you’ll get over them
33. Keep practising the Piano

38. Don’t be too hard on others, there are often hidden circumstances we don’t understand
39. Always be gracious, your level of gratitude reveals your character

42. Don’t scrimp on wine, perfume, shoes or handbags, they say a lot about a lady
43. Always have some money saved
44. Always save some money for a taxi home
