ISABELLE’S TOP 10 CHRISTMAS SONGSIMG_7596

Ah Christmas songs! Love them or loathe them, for many people they define Christmas. From being played October onwards in shops (the poor staff members) to the old favourites at the office or School Christmas party, it just wouldn’t be Christmas without them. I personally love them and I get excited when I first start hearing them on the radio or in shops & ‘All I want for Christmas’ is my new ringtone!!!!

Here is my top 10 list of favourite Christmas Songs.

Merry Christmas Everybody – Slade

Step into Christmas – Elton John

Do they know it’s Christmas time – Band Aid

I wish it could be Christmas everyday – Wizzard

All I want for Christmas is you – Mariah Carey

Rockin around the Christmas Tree – Lee Perry

White Christmas – Bing Crosby

The Christmas song – Nat King Cole

Last Christmas – Wham

When a child is born – Johnny MathisIMG_7595

There’s loads of others I love too & Christmas songs will definitely be playing in The Barker household from this weekend onwards!  🎅🏻

One of the best things about Christmas is snuggling up under a blanket or with your cosy pj’s on, drinking a hot chocolate and watching Christmas films. It doesn’t matter how often you’ve seen them it’s a ‘must do’ during December.

I have loads of favourite Christmas films & I even love the cheesy American TV Christmas movies but below is a list of my ultimate favourites in no particular order.

Elf
Love Actually
The Snowman
White Christmas
A Christmas Carol (Albert Finney)
The Polar Express
Home Alone
Home Alone 2
Arthur Christmas
Santa Claus the movie – It’s a tradition for us to watch this on Christmas Eve morning!

What are your favourite Christmas movies? 🎬IMG_7602
